ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No. 615 of 2014 on the file of the fourth respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file charge sheet as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions from the respondents, submits that the case has already been transferred to Koodalpudur Police Station.

4. Considering the above said submission, the Inspector of Police, Koodalpudur Police Station, Madurai is directed to complete the enquiry and file a final report within four months from the date receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Registry is directed to send a copy of the order to the Inspector of Police, Koodalpudur Police Station, Madurai District.

6. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
