Prayer in WMP(MD). No.4515 of 2024 To extend the time granted to the Adhoc Committee in WP (MD) 16291 of 2023 in its order dated 11.07.2023 for the further period of 2 months and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct the enquiry on the representation given on 27.06.2023 and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct the fresh meeting with the presence of all the pangalis (descendants) of the temple for appointing the trustees other than the respondents 4 to 7 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.Subathra Devi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.B.Bhuvaneshvari, Advocate for the 1st to 3rd Respondents and of Mr.P.

Subburaj, Special Government Plader for the 4th to 6th Respondents, and of Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, Advocate for the 7th 8th and 10th Respondents, this Court made the following order: This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by P.Subathra Devi, Advocate Commissioner to extend the time granted by this Court to the Adhoc Committee in W.P.(MD)No.16291 of 2023, vide its order dated 11.07.2023, for a further period of two months.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the time is extended for a further period of two months.
