PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenue namely Naveenkumar, aged about 20 years, S/o.late Nagaraj and consequently to set the detenue at his liberty.

The petitioner seeks for the production of the person of her son Naveenkumar, aged about 20 years.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.According to the petitioner, her son Naveenkumar, has been missing from 14.02.2022. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenu himself appeared in person before this Court and this Court also verified his identity. 4.In view of the said submission made by the detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
