PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned detention order passed by the second respondent made in his proceedings in Detention Order No.10/2022 dated 08.02.2022 and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband namely Ranjith, aged about 28 years, S/o.Late.Vairamuthu, now detained at the Central Prison, Madurai, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
