Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.2 herein to rectify the petitioner son name as ,[cphe;j; md;g/ instead of ,[cpe;j; md;g/ and include the Postal Pincode - 630 610 in the Birth Certificate dated 16.02.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent on the basis of the representation dated 27.11.2024 within the stipulated time period in accordance with law and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing under the caption "For Reporting Compliance" on this day and in pursuance to the order of this Court dated 19.02.2025 and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof 1/3

and the presents of Thiru.C.Senthil Murugan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. R.Anbunithi, Standing Counsel for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

"By an order dated 19.02.2025, this writ petition was disposed of by this Court with a direction to the respondents to correct the name of the petitioner's son as " ,[cphe;j; md;g/ instead of ",[cpe;j; md;g/" within a period of two weeks from the date of the order and posted the matter to today "for reporting compliance".

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Anbunidhi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, has produced a copy of the proceedings of the Assistant Health Officer, Madurai Corporation, dated 08.03.2025, to the effect that the name change has been effected.

3. As the relief sought by the petitioner has been granted, nothing further remains to be considered in this writ petition.
