O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, in C.C.NO.53 of 2012 against Sigamani who is accused in C.C.No.53 of 2012 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions submitted that the respondent police is taking steps to execute the warrant.

3.The third respondent is directed to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, in C.C.No.53 of 2012 against Sigamani, who is accused, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that this order is passed subject to the order if any already passed by the jurisdictional court for recalling Non Bailable Warrant. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
