It is not disputed that the cause of action arose only on 26.01.2020. The case itself was registered only on 06.02.2020. The petitioner has come to this Court even before the expiry of one month from the date of registration of the FIR. I am of the view that the second respondent cannot be pressurized into filing the final report. Since the petitioner has moved this Court too early, I am not inclined to grant relief for the present. This criminal original petition is dismissed at this stage as premature.
