ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent to issue patta in respect of the lands in S.No.208/8B measuring 240 sq.ft and S.No.209/3 measuring 1427 1/2 sq.ft according to title deed dated 11/7/1986 for S.No.208/5A measuring 1152 1/2 sq.ft. according to title deed dated 5/9/1986 for S.No.208/8A measuring 7353 sq.ft according to title deed dated 4/11/1985 for S.No.209/4 measuring 0.33 Ares, S.No.209/7 measuring 0.08 Ares and S.No.209/8 measuring 0.29 Ares except 3080 Sq.ft situated in Uppliapuram Village, Turaiyur Taluk, Trichy District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 27.12.2017.

2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the above mentioned properties. The petitioner has submitted an application dated 27.12.2017 before the third respondent seeking to issue separate patta in respect of the above said lands. Since no action has been taken so far, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.12.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
