ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent to issue patta to the petitioner according to his title exchange deed dated 28.06.1956 for S.No.208/8B measuring 2244 sq.ft and according to the partition deed dated 26.04.1958, for the measurements 2808, 1867 1⁄2, 86733⁄4 and 3471 1⁄2 in S.No.208/8B situated in Uppiliapuram Village, Turaiyur Taluk, Trichy District by considering the representation dated 27.12.2017. 2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the above mentioned properties. The petitioner has submitted an application dated 27.12.2017 before the third respondent seeking to issue separate patta in respect of the above said lands. Since no action has been taken so far, the present writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.12.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
