ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for directing the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.33 of 2020 registered on the file of the second respondent for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

2.The petitioner's counsel would claim that the response of the respondent is rather lukewarm and that necessitated filing of this criminal original petition.

3.As rightly pointed out by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), when the FIR was registered only on 01.02.2020, it is to early on the part of the petitioner to file this petition for filing final report.
