This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.24822 of 2025 dated 22.09.2025 has not been complied with.

2.Today(18.02.2026), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent by referring to the proceedings of the the Additional Director, Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, Chennai in Se.Na.Ka.No.9796/C3/2024, dated 16.02.2026 submits that the request of this petitioner has been considered and it was rejected. A copy of the proceedings is also placed before this Court.
