ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in Crime No. 253 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Panagudi Police Station, Tirunelveli District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. The only point raised by the counsel for the petitioner is that the complaint does not survive, since the loan for which the said complaint was given has been settled already. The learned counsel also submitted that the petitioner has got the sufficient records for the same.

4. Considering the same, this court is inclined to direct the first respondent to complete the enquiry and file a final report within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. While doing so the records produced by the petitioner will have to be considered .

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
