3. Since only a petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.70 of 2015 was pending, this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners on 17.03.2015 for a period of two weeks, directing the first petitioner- Marimuthu, to appear before the respondent police every day at 06.30 p.m., till then.
4. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions from the respondent police, who is present here, submitted that the defacto complainant herself has given a letter withdrawing her complaint.
