ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that no complaint was received by the second respondent from the respondents 3 and 4. 3.Mr.K.Rajeshwaran, learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the second respondent police is harassing the petitioners.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3523 of 2021 4.In any event, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610, if any complaint is lodged against the present petitioners.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
