ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondents to call for the open tenders to let out the petition mentioned 18 shops.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent clarified that the tender process had already concluded. An allotment orders had been issued in favour of as many as 18 persons. This was on 29.12.2023. The Writ Petition was filed only in 2nd week of February 2024. The Writ Petition was infructuous at the very inception. No relief can be granted.
