Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.3122 of 2022, dated 21.02.2022, wherein this petitioner was directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, E.O.W-II, Tiruchirappalli daily at 10.30 am, until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is having life threat. Hence, he seeks modification of the condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation is pending.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, E.O.W-II, Madurai, daily at 10.30 am, from tomorrow, until further orders. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
