2. The District Administration had locked and sealed the petition-mentioned nursing college following the implication and arrest of the Correspondent in a case arising under the POCSO Act.

3. The respondents do not have any right to seal the premises. I therefore direct the respondents to forthwith deseal and unlock the premises. This writ petition stands allowed accordingly.
