This petition is filed to condone the delay of 204 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, taking into consideration that the respondents have got no objection, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 204 days, however, on payment of costs. 2/3
