This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to register a case against the accused on the complaint, dated 27.01.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered by second respondent police in Crime No.60 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324 of I.P.C.
