ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 506(ii) of I.P.C., and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.6 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that totally there are 2 accused in this case, who are the petitioners herein and there is a civil dispute between the petitioners and the de-facto complainant and no one sustained injury in this case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that no one sustained injury in the alleged occurrence, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathoor, Ramnad District and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required and the first petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthukulathur once in a week ie., on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
