Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the authorities to take action against the respondents 7 & 8 for floating a society in the name and style of Devendrakula Velalar Sangam, Muthukulathur.

3. It is seen that the petitioner represents Muthukulathur Taluka, Devendrakula Velalar Sangam formed in the year 2019 (Serial No.37 / 2019). But the Sangam with which the private respondents are associated appears to have been registered in the year 1985 itself (Serial No.4/1985). Unless the petitioner is able to show that this assertion is incorrect or false, no relief can be granted.

4. The Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
