PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the respondent to expedite investigation and to file a final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in Crime No.14/2014 on the file of the respondent.

O R D E R
This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.14 of 2014 and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No. 14 of 2014 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
