Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the eighth respondent his proceedings in Na.ka. No.24/Na.A/2018 dated 12.03.2018 and quash the same as illegal wihtout sanction of law and without jurisdiction, directing the respondents to issue the certificate of recognition to the children's Home run by the petitioner.
