Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying for a direction to withdraw the entire case diary in Crime No.20 of 2014 from the file of the 2nd respondent and transfer the same to the third respondent or any other investigation officer and further investigate the case and file a final report within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.20 of 2014 and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to transfer the entire case diary in crime No.20 of 2014 from the file of second respondent to third respondent or any other investigation officer and this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.20 of 2014 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
