This petition has been filed to change of investigation from the respondent to the Sivagangai District C.B.C.I.D. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that after completing investigation, the complaint has been closed on 17.12.2013 as undetected. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
