ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in C.S.R. No.144 of 2021 and posted for enquiry.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to dispose of C.S.R.No.144 of 2021, based on findings and on merits, after giving notice and sufficient opportunity to the third respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
