This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a complaint was lodged against the petitioner in relation to a dispute regarding property. It is further stated that under the guise of enquiry, the petitioner is being put to harassment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) however, on instructions submitted that though a complaint was received against the petitioner by an individual, after conducting a preliminary enquiry, the same was closed. He further submitted that no further enquiry is contemplated.
