ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation.
2.It is seen that even FIR has not been registered as on date. The earlier complaint given by the petitioner was closed after recording the statement of both the parties. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has given one more complaint and that is pending before the first respondent.
4.Since as on date, no FIR has been registered, the question of directing the transfer of investigation does not arise. This criminal original petition stands dismissed.
