ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to transfer his complaint, dated 10.02.2021 to any other competent investigating officer.

2.The main grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent is not conducting any enquiry on the complaint given by him.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3932 of 2021 3.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that the petitioner's complaint was registered in Current Petition No.07/E1/AWPS/Musiri/2021 and posted for enquiry.

4.Recording the submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to register First Information Report, if any cognizable offence is made out or close the complaint based on findings and on merits.
