ORDER

The defendants 2 and 3 in O.S.No.45 of 2022 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveliare the revision petitioners herein.

2. The said suit has been filed for the relief of partition and for a declaration that the sale deed, dated 22.02.2021 is not binding upon the plaintiff.

3. A perusal of the B-Diary extract reveals that the suit is posted for framing issues on 20.01.2025. However, issues have not been framed. Hence, the present revision petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of the suit.

4. Considering the above said facts, the Principal Sub Judge, Tirunelveli is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.12.2025. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
