ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 2nd respondent and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner by interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioners and the 4th respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that a case has been registered against this petitioner and enquiry has been undertaken in CSR No.966 of 2022.

3. Since the case is registered against this petitioner, the investigation is going to be undertaken, the petitioner can workout his 2/4

remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
