Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner seeks issuance of a direction to the respondents to carry out the survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's land in Natham S.No.777/8(0.02.0 Hectare) in Melapanaiyur Revenue Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudhukottai District, based on the petitioner's survey application dated 14.10.2024. The petitioner, having become entitled to the said property in and by a registered settlement deed dated 20.03.2020, has sought for survey to be conducted and also remitted the requisite fee. The said application for survey and demarcation of boundaries is pending and it is sought to be disposed of by way of the instant writ petition.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for, a direction is issued to the respondents to conduct a survey based on the petitioner's application dated 14.10.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
