3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioners were acquitted vide judgment dated 05.01.2017 in respect of Crime No.166 of 2013 and in view of the judgment passed on 05.01.2017, nothing remains for further adjudication in this matter.
