Nos.2597 and 2643 of 2021:- These petitions filed under Section 5 of Limitation Act, to Condone the Delay of 1220 days in filing the restoration petition to restore the CMA.(MD).Nos.983 and 982 of 2014 respectively by setting aside the order dated 30.10.2017 and thus render Justice.

Prayer in C.M.P(MD). SR Nos.13362 and 13367 of 2021:- These petitions filed under Section 41 rule 19 & Section 151 of Civil Procedure Code to set aside the order dated 30.10.2017 passed in CMA.(MD). Nos.982 and 983 of 2014 respectively and restore the appeals on the file of this Court.

Prayer in C.M.A(MD).Nos.982 and 983 of 2014:- These appeals filed under Section 19 of Family Courts Act, 1984 to set aside the judgment and decree dated 16.06.2014 in H.M.O.P.No.14 of 2010 and H.M.O.P.No.614 of 2009 on the file of Family Court Judge, Madurai respectively and allow the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals and thus render justice. ORDER:- These Petitions coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M.Gnanagurunathan, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. N.Dilip Kumar, Advocate for the respondent), this Court made the following order: Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel on both sides made a joint statement that during the pendency of these proceedings, parties have become saner not to prolong their litigation and trauma and chosen to live together.

3. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
