ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the learned Additional Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram District to expedite the trial in C.C.No.223 of 2022 within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after filing the charge sheet, the case is adjourned periodically without any progress. The Diary extract of this case annexed in the typed set of papers would show on various dates, in which, the case has been adjourned periodically without any progress.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the case has been posted for framing of charges.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Ramanathapuram, is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the case in 2/4

C.C.No.223 of 2022 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
