Challenging the order of appointment of the Advocate Commissioner passed by the trial Court, in I.A.No.57 of 2018 in O.S.No. 216 of 2011, this revision has been filed by the petitioner.
2. Eventhough the respondent was served with notice, none appeared on behalf of him and he has not chosen to enter appearance through an advocate or by himself before this Court.
3. Online status shows that the Advocate Commissioner's report was filed on 20.12.2023 before the trial Court and the case was posted on 09.01.2024 for fling objection, if any. At this stage, the petitioner has come before this Court with this revision.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both side.
5. The petitioner shall file proper objection before the trial Court. On filing of such objection, the trial Court may proceed in accordance with law.

6. Since the Advocate Commissioner has already filed his report, the matter has become infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the revision petitioner as indicated above.
7. With the above said direction, this Civil Revision is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
