ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that no petition and no FIR is pending against the petitioner. He further submitted that the alleged threat of arrest is not true.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that frequently summons were issued by the respondent Police for the appearance of the petitioner for enquiry in respect of complaint given by the de facto complainant and that the petitioner is being harassed by the respondent Police under the guise of enquiry. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no such complaint is pending before the respondent Police. 5.Hence, the respondent Police is directed to register an FIR https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ or close the enquiry, if any, in accordance with law, as

expeditiously as possible and the respondent Police should not harass the petitioner during enquiry and the petitioner shall cooperate with the enquiry if any complaint is pending before the respondent Police.

6.With the above observations, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
