This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 18.08.2016 based on the order dated 12.09.2016 passed by the Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate), Trichy in Cr.M.P.No.6315 of 2016 by registering an F.I.R and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein, a case in Crime No.120 of 2017 was registered by the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and a copy of the F.I.R is also produced before this Court.

3. Since a case has been registered based on the complaint given the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this

Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
