[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the original Tamil version of the detention order, dated 06/10/2025. However, the petitioner failed to file even the copy of the Tamil version of the detention order, which is sought to be dispensed with. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the copy of the original Tamil version of the detention order, dated 06/10/2025 has been duly served to the detenu and to that effect, he has also produced the acknowledgment before this Court.

3.Therefore, this petition itself is not maintainable without production of the copy of the Tamil version of the detention order, dated 06/10/2025. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
