Respondent/Respondent/Plaintiff (In both petitions) COMMON PRAYER:- These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 08.02.2023 made in I.A.No.18 of 2023 in O.S.No.229 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Vallioor and allow the Civil Revision Petition.

COMMON ORDER There is no merits in the present Civil Revision Petitions filed by the petitioner. The applications filed by the petitioner for re-opening the evidence 1/4
and re-call the witness namely, P.W.1 for cross-examination were dismissed by the Trial Court on the ground that the case was at the advance stage after the trial and the case was posted for argument. The suit is of the year 2013. There is no merits in the present Civil Revision Petition. No interference is called for against the impugned order in rejecting the prayer of the petitioner in I.A.Nos.18 and 19 of 2023.
2.The Principal District Munsif Court, Vallioor, is therefore directed to bring closure to the dispute one way or other by pronouncing judgment and decree within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order if it not been already pronounced.
3.With the above direction, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
