PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide appropriate police protection to life and limb of the petitioner and his family members and also give protection to his property in survey No.33018, the old survey No.24/2 situated at Thenmalai Nagar, Vembar, Thoothkudi based on his representation dated 27.11.2019 For Petitioner : Mr.C.Susikumar For Respondents : Mr.R.Anandharaj No.1 & 2 Additional Public Prosecutor No.3 & 4 : Mr.C.M.Arumugam

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide appropriate police protection to life and limb of the petitioner and his family members and also give protection to his property in survey No.330-18, the old survey No.24/2 situated at Thenmalai Nagar, Vembar, Thoothkudi based on his representation dated 27.11.2019

2. Today, when the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the registered post and based on which enquiry has been initiated in C.No.P4/00903/75/20. He would submit that preliminary enquiry reveals that the dispute is between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 who are relatives. He would also submit that due enquiry will be conducted after issuing notice to the petitioner and as well as rival parties and based on the outcome of the enquiry, suitable action will be taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
