This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the Inspector of Police, Cheranmahadevi Police Station, Tirunelveli District, not to interfere into the civil subject matter in respect of the petitioner's house property situated in Door No.4/180, Karisalpatti Village, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

for harassment, as the complaint itself as against the petitioner was closed.
