RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Prayer in to modify the condition no.1 of the bail order dt 15. 02.2022 imposed upon the petitioner by the principal district and sessions court, trichy in cr.m.p.no.635 of 2022. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.LENIN KUMAR,Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crimal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Criminal Original Petition came to be filed seeking to modify the condition No.1 of the bail order dated 15.02.2022 imposed upon the petitioner by the Principal District and Sessions Court, Trichy, in Cr.M.P.No.635 of 2022.
2.The petitioner's case is that, he is in judicial custody from 22.12.2021 and that the petitioner was granted bail by the Principal District and Sessions Court, Trichy in Cr.M.P.No.635 of 2022, dated 15.02.2022, with a condition that the petitioner/accused is ordered to be released on bail on executing his own bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties each, of which one surety must be a blood relative for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi. He would further submit that none of the relatives of the petitioner has come forward to furnish sureties. Hence, he could not produce the same as ordered by the Sessions Court. Therefore, he seeks modification of the said condition.

CRL OP(MD) No.4394 of 2022 3.In view of the same, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.1 made in Cr.M.P.No.635 of 2022, dated 15.02.2022 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Trichy, 4.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi. All other conditions in the order dated 15.02.2022 shall remain unaltered.
5.With the above modification, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
