O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.363 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and file the final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent and perused the records.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the respondent police after conducting proper investigation in Crime No.363 of 2016, closed the case and RCS notice has also been served to the petitioner/defacto complainant. Further, he produced a copy of the final report before this Court.

4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
