ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) In view of the affidavit of the detenue, informing that he has married the petitioner and that he has been residing with her along with his children and that he wishes to continue to do so, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.

2. Registry is directed to issue a certified copy of the affidavit of the detenue to learned counsel for third respondent. It will now be open for third respondent, who is informed to be the first wife of the detenue, to take recourse to such remedy as available in law.
