This petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent to conclude the enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 22.01.2016 and register the case against the second respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the enquiry was conducted and the petitioner has appeared for enquiry and made a statement that he has not pressed the complaint and in view of the statement given by the petitioner, the complaint has been closed.
