To call for the records relating to the judgment dated 23.10.2019 made in S.C.No.277 of 2016 on the file of Mahila Court, (Fast Track Court), Thoothukudi and set aside the conviction and sentence imposed against the appellants/ accused and allow above appeal by acquitting the accused.

CRL MP(MD) No.2640 of 2021 This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9760 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.531 of 2019, dated 18.11.2019.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition imposed by this Court, except during the lock down period and prayed the condition to be relaxed.
3. The learned Government Advocate fairly admitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, except during the lock down period, i.e. from 01.04.2020 till 01.09.2020.
4. In view of the above submissions, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the lower Court as and when required by the Court. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
