ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 17.02.2025 under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying to 1/3

grant an order of pre-arrest bail.

2. When the case was listed before this Court on 19.02.2025, there was no representation for petitioner. Consequently, the matter was adjourned to 27.02.2025 to provide the petitioner one more opportunity to appear. Thereafter, when the matter came up before this Court on 27.02.2025 and 07.03.2025, there was again no representation for the petitioner. Subsequently, when the matter was listed on 17.03.2023, it was adjourned to 19.03.2025. On 19.03.2025, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was further adjourned to 21.03.2025 i.e., today.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The repeated listing of the case and consistent non appearance on behalf of the petitioner would show that the petitioner has no reasonable apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent-Police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
