ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents herein to take appropriate action under Section 133 of Cr.P.C., to remove the encroachment and nuisance put up in the pathway situated in S.No.165/18 and 165/17 Pagneri Village, Sivaganga Taluk.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that no such petition is pending with the respondent police. Therefore, no direction can be given to the respondents as prayed for.
