PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned letter of the 3rd respondent in Ka.No.17/2024/A4, dated 04.02.2025 and quash the same as devoid of merits and consequently not to remove the petitioner's house property under the guise of encroachment situated in Door No. 4/175, in Old Survey No.18/9 in New Survey No.538/78 to an extent of 600 sq.ft, Mullipallam Village, Solavandan, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District with the period stipulated by this Court.

2.Today (19.02.2025), when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the impugned notice has been issued in respect of S.No.19/1 alone and the petitioner's land is not all disturbed.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
